ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS upon receipt of payment and transfer of funds. Transfer of funds may take several days. Shipping times may vary depending on the state where it is being shipped. We ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Our standard rates for shipping & insurance is:
Pottery: $15-$19 per piece to continental US. Large items will cost more. All orders are carefully wrapped, and insured for safe delivery. The price of each item will show in the cart along with the charge for shipping before check out.

UPS is our local and preferred shipping provider. We can accommodate other shipping preferences; however, there may be additional costs for alternative shipping methods and they will be the buyer's responsibility. Click the contact us link and complete the form stating the different method of shipping preferred.

Every effort will be made to send orders upon receipt of payment. UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. You many track your package for an up-to-date status. If you miss delivery on a first attempt, UPS cannot contact your driver to request redelivery that day, but your driver will make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary.

UPS Tracking
We will e-mail a confirmation of purchase and the tracking number. Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace packages and freight shipments as they move through the UPS system to their destination. UPS automatically assigns a tracking number to your shipment.

Please note our shopping cart defaults to UPS Ground, continental US shipping. For other shipping methods we will confirm a revised shipping total by e-mail before completing your order.

Signature is required by an adult. A delivery confirmation will be provided by UPS for our records.
